The Pro Numb 3 numbing cream allows your clients to enjoy their treatments without the fear of pain. Using this numbing cream offers several benefits for both the practitioner as well as the client. It can be used with treatments like IPL, Carbon Laser Facials, Vampire Facials, Fibroblasting/Plasma Pen and so much more. It also gives you the benefit of offering 75% MORE numbing than any other numbing cream.

Usage: Once cleansing the area properly, you will pierce the tube with the lid and apply a thin layer over the required area. You can either use your fingers or a facial brush to perform this step. If needed apply cling film, but it is not a requirement as the numbing is effective even without cling film. Leave the product on the area for about 15 minutes. Please note this time can vary from person to person depending on the melanin content within their skin. After the waiting period wipe the cream off to ensure that there is no cream residue on the skin. And finally, you can perform your treatment with ease of mind.

– Do not use this product around the eyes.
– Use within 10 days of opening.

– Client with heart problems.
– Clients with pacemakers.
– Medications including:
–Patients using Amiodarone.
–Patients using Bretylium.
–Patients using Sotalol.
–Patients using Defetilide.

Great care is taken to wrap your parcel to prevent any damage during courier transit.

Once your parcel has arrived at your door, it needs to be opened immediately, and you should check that everything is in order. If your package is damaged or the goods are not in perfect condition, please notify us within one hour of delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace your items. This policy also applies if your order is missing any item(s) you may have ordered from us. If the mistake is on our end, we are more than happy to correct it and ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible.
We require clear photos of the package showing any damage, as well as photos of the package if it has been opened and shows signs of tampering or missing items. Reporting these issues immediately is of utmost importance, as we can only resolve them with the courier company. Please do not delay in checking your order. It only takes 2 minutes, and we would hate for you to lose your hard-earned money, just as we would hate to lose ours. If the product seal has been broken on the outer packaging or inner packaging we will not be able to give you a refund or offer an exchange or return.

Exchange/Return Policy
Returns must be received within 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cost incurred to have it returned to us will be for your account.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing any parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned as it is the incorrect size, unsuitable or an unwanted gift. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
